The Fuel Station can provide additional fuel income at the cost of coins.
The level of the Fuel Station determines what contracts are available. A contract is an exchange of a set number of coins for a set quantity of fuel over a specified amount of time. Only one contract can be processed at any given time.
Level 1 Fuel Station gives you access to the first contract. A level 2 Fuel Station gives you access to the second contract. A level 3 Fuel Station gives you access to the third and fourth contracts.
